Wireless networking issuses
Hi im kinda new to the virtual machine world and was wondering why my wireless internet connection gets screwed up each time i open Vbox. i have local access but no internet and im forced to restart my host pc to get the connection fixed is there something i did wrong with virtual box? im running 2.22 on vista and i dont even have to boot a virtual os for this issue to occur.

Not the point. Right click on the install icon and left click install as administrator. Select the repair function.

Re: Wireless networking issuses
When you reinstalled and selected repair did you see drivers being loaded, and did you need to answer to any questions? Also at the end of the repair did it ask you to reboot?

Re: Wireless networking issuses
Very strange. Windows always asks you to reboot when you install device drivers.
Try uninstalling the guest additions and see if you get your wireless card back.
Let me know.

Re: Wireless networking issuses
Check the event logs, maybe there's some related error message, or try vbox 2.1.4

Re: Wireless networking issuses
It can be a number of things, obviously the vbox network driver is doing something weird, I think you have some options when installing vbox with regard to network components you could try.
