win 2003 ISO install

I am having an issue installing Windows 2003 as a Guest OS on vbox running on an xubuntu 9.0.4 server. I have the windows drive configured as SATA and I am able to format and setup a partition. However the windows install does not appear to be able to read the ISO file. I do not have this issue when trying to perform the same install on a Windows XP host running vbox. I thought there might be a file permission issue on my ISO file however I have set it to chmod 777.

Are there any messages when it fails?

The only error that I get is a windows install error. The 2003 Enterprise install states that it is unable to copy the file modem.sys (first file on the install iso). It then stats that if I am using a CD to make sure the Windows CD is in the CD-Rom drive. I know I am using the proper ISO because the same file works under windows however when I try to run the install under Ubuntu it fails. I am able to boot off the CD and format my drive just can't install windows. I do not see any thing strange in the Guest boot log.

I have modified the xml associated to the Guest system and enabled pass through but no luck.

I got it working.. I mounted a different ISO and apparently there was some sort of driver issue with the ISO I was previously using. Thanks for the help
