Can't start any guest-OS after upgrade of VB2.2

Hi!
I run VB on SLED11 64bits. (SLED11 is based on OpenSUSE11.1)
I was running version 2.1.x that was installed from the installation-script(Not package).
I have WinXP installed as guest-OS and it is in suspended status. VB2.1.x worked flawless. Now the new version of VB refuse to restore WinXP.
Whole VB hung and i need to force quit.
Then i try to install Ubuntu 9.04 and mount CD to ISO-image. This also refuse to start! Same symptomes!
What can be wrong?
