Problems are back again: Windows XP SP3 not starting any mor

Hello,
after reinstall Win XP Prof SP3 a few days everything worked fine... but then, suddenly my problems came back:
Windows is booting and booting and booting... up to the moment windows restarts. If I try to stop the virtual machine by choosing to close and shutdown the VM, VirtualBox hangs some time, until it closes the VM and the GUI says: "Canceled"...
I'm using a physical drive attached to SATA Port 0 in VirtualBox. Host-OS is Debian as you can see in the log below.
Any suggestions for troubleshooting? I don't want to reinstall every 5 days my VM to be able to use WinXP again, there must be another solution for this annoying problem.
