Xp32 + latest VBox + win7RC1 64 freezes the hole system

Hi,
im not sure why.
I configured a VM 64bit for Win7-RC1. After "Loading files" shown the hole system freezes complete.
With a solaris guest it works perfect.
any ideas ? Got an winXp 32, Sp3, VBox 2.2
