I want to install Oracle RAC (10gR2) in VirtualBox (Windows server 2003)

How to create Shared storage in VirtaulBox?

Please help me

you could set up a virtual machine as iSCSI target

It all depends what you want, first make a choice what type of storage you want and what hardware/software you need, then select a Host that can access this, then look at the Guests options.

Like VMWare

Is this (iSCSI target) can be acessed for all guests OS at same type?

Is this a shared storage?

No, not unless the iSCSI target is formatted with a read-only filesystem or Global File System. (Available for Red Hat!)
