web server access / ping

Hello
am using ubuntu 8.10 and installed debian net version on virtualbox, and its working properly,,,
but the problem is: i installed apache php and mysql with phpmyadmin on debian and i need to access the the webserver from ubuntu, but the defualt ip for debian is 10.0.2.15, and for the ubuntu using dhcp router the ip is 192.168.0.102,
so i cant ping the debian and if i want to access the webserver or the pages i installed, wat i have to put the address in the ubuntu browser.
i need an urgent solution coz am doin a final project and i need to install snort on debian.
