Re: Guest additions Kubuntu9.04

I have been using Linux for a while now & am not afraid of using the command line. I use it more and more, but it is just some of the commands that I do not use that regular that I tend to forget. The thing is I am working with computers all day & am skipping from Windows to Linux & vis versa. Some commands are easier to remember than the old dos commands but some are a bit obscure. I still find myself using Linux commands on Windows boxes though
I am more comfortable with the gnome interface than the KDE, although when I first ventured in to Linux about 6 or 7 years ago I preferred the KDE desktop at that time (More Windows like I suppose
)
I am becoming a hardened Linux user, but still make the occasional mistake. I would like to think that I have a fair grasp of the OS now, but lets face it we are always learning. I must admit at first I was fairly well convinced that VB was at fault with this problem, but I am glad to stand corrected.
I did miss the how to, so if it can be made a bit easier for people to find then maybe the bug reports wouldn't become a problem.
I was only trying Kubuntu, so that I could help someone out with a problem. Just goes to show
Anyway, I sit here I sit here embarrassed by my mistake
