High CPU load on DELL d630 laptop

hai
am currently facing 100% cpu load if i start even 1 guest,,
previously i didnt have this problem with my laptop and virtual box,,after some days of using this laptop perfomace getting down slowly,
now if i start VB cpu load is 100%..i tried with almost all versions but no use..
can some one help me to solve this
