pressure-sensitivity not working for x60 tablet PC & XP

Hi there,
I can get he pressure sensitivity working perfectly in ubuntu 9.04 (with lots of fiddling) however try as I might I can't get it working in XP with illustrator. All other aspects of the tablet work fine.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I really have had a good look everywhere!
