VirtualBox 2.2.2 & 64bits (not working)

Hello,
I updated to 2.2.2 from 2.1.4, my host is a windows xp 32bit (with an amd 720, 64bits and virtualization supported), guest fedora 64bits (latest kernel i think), was working fine.
I updated and virtualbox only gives critical errors when loading fedora, i thought...maybe something went wrong when updating...so i uninstalled virtualbox and deleted fedora (was only a testing box), i reinstalled virtualbox..and when trying to install fedora 64bits...same critical error again
, virtualization is enabled, same hardware.
I tested with fedora 32bits, seems to work. Any idea? :/
I attach log file (error not explained), i'm a little newbie with virtualbox.
Thanks.
