How can I remote desktop to virtualBox ?

I am very new to VirtulBox..
I have just install virualBox version 2.2.2 and intall ubuntu server 9.04 that works fine.
My question is how can I connect to it with putty or remote desktop of windows vista witch is the host ?

Like every other iron machine via vnc/rdp.

thats to long for a forum. rdp means "remote desktop protocol". Ask Google for a Howto.

also, you have to take note of the port being used to connect to that RDP session.
