Can I use an already installed 2nd operating system?

Guest OSses: Vista 32 bit

Can I use an already installed 2nd operating system?

I have installed 2 operating systems on different partitions of my hard drive. I needed 32 bit for a VPN, but had 64 bit Vista on my laptop, so I installed 32 bit vista on a partition. Can I use the existing 2nd installation with VirtualBox, or would I have to uninstall and reinstall?
