How to uninstall 2.2.0 Guest additions on Kubuntu

Post by asif10 »

Hi,
I am currently planning to update my guest additions from 2.2.0 to 2.2.2. I want to remove 2.2.0 before installing the new version but cant find an uninstall script. I am using Kubuntu 9.04 on MacOS.

Thanks
Asif

Just install the new version. You don't have to uninstall them, the modules are replaced with the newer version. Reboot after the install and it's done.
