64bit Host(win7) and 64bit guest (win7)

first ,i'am sorry i'dont speak english but only a little!! hope you can understand!!

My OS is win7 x64 7106 beta

and use Virtualbox 2.22

CPU is Amd64 4000+ X2

and bios already set the AMD-V is enable

I try to install win7 x64 RC 7100 in Virtualbox 2.22

The virtual machine boots OK on the win7 x64 RC 7100 ISO-image

and "windows is loading files" is ok

but "starting windows" , can not continue !! ( I Wait a long time for this step)

Similar situation here but with Vista 64-bit host and guest. I get the "Windows is copying files" message and progress bar. Then both disappear and the window remains blank, forever. VB consumes a fair amount of CPU so something is happening even though I can't see it.
