VB provides ONE (1) virtual cd/dvd drive, no more. You can't put more than 1 CD/DVD at the same time in one physical drive, can you?

Duh. Are you even thinking of what you're doing here? Like I said, ONLY ONE DRIVE IN THE VM AVAILABLE!

Why don't you just set up virtual disk drives on your system and then add them as available with vb. Use something like Magicdisc to do this. I haven't had a need yet to have multiple disks associated with VB so this is as far as I know.

I installed PowerISO. This works now, but i think its a miss in vb to have more than 1 virtual drive.
Thank you all for posts!

Why? What is the benefit of having more than one optical drive in a machine? It will cost you an IDE slot, so users who can't use SATA drives are left with only 2 IDE drives to be mounted, now they can attach 3. This situation has been discussed several times, even before Sun took over.
As it's solved, I'm locking it.
