Hi!
After updating from 2.1.4 (amd64) to 2.2.0 45846 under Server 2008 (x64) I get the message "Unable to allocate and lock memory " when I'm starting the fifth VM. The server has 16 GB memory of which 10,2 GB is used.
Under 2.1.4 it was no problem to work with 8 VM and 15 GB memory usage on the same maschine. Despite the update there is no difference - unchanged host - unchanged VMs. Can anybody help?
Thanks!

Known problem and is in bug tracker.
Try reducing the amount of memory you are allocating to the guests for now.
Should be fixed soon.
