No Display Adapter ?!

Post by ashtadovic »

Hey!

I installed Windows XP via using virtual box on my Dell computer which has windows vista on it.

The only problem that I've faced is the fact that when I run XP, and look at the device manager there is no display adapter. Even when I tried to install the driver for my graphic card, which I installed on my host operating system, it came up with the message that there is no video card.

Can someone notify me of whether it is possible to use my video card in windows xp that i installed?

You can't, its a virtual video adapter which can be used by installing the Guest Additions which you would have known if you read the manual.
