VB 2.2 XP host ?DOS guest

As the title says I'm running Windows XP as the host on my Toshiba laptop. I have Ubuntu 8.1 installed as a guest in VB 2.2 and it works great. I've been trying to install MS Dos 6.22 but only have the 3 floppies. I've imaged these floppies to 3 .img files and placed the .img files on my desktop. When I create the virtualbox machine dos starts to install but hangs when it's trying to format the "disk". Is there any way to install MS Dos 6.22 in VirtualBox 2.2? Many thanks for anyone who can help.

Seach was on google and I typed in install dos on virtualbox. Neat huh?
