Windows XP Guest (Seamless Mode) FScreen Windows

Pretty much what it says, I'm having issue with Seamless Mode with Full Screen Windows from the Windows Guest.
What happens is directly related to the Windows Guest having windows opening in "maximize mode" or no items from the Windows Guest on the desktop.
When Windows Guest Apps are in "maximized mode" while VB in Seamless mode the Linux task bars go white. When there are no Windows Guest Apps open and its just the Windows Guest Desktop/Background it does something complete funky.
Linux App Along with Regular size Windows Guest App (AOK)
Linux Apps (Somewhere.) Notepad (Windows Guest App) "Maximized". Not that the two linux task bars are grey. If you click them they will appear but when you go back to the maximized app it go grey again. I have thought of placing the bars else where to see if it was a location issue, it is not. Lastly....
This is when Windows Guest has no open apps visible and is just displaying the desktop regardless if there is a linux app open using the desktop.
All of this in Seamless Mode. A part from this very annoying bug/ish thing. I'm loving VB really! Any ideas?
