Help needed with 2 problems when using Sun VBox 2.20

Hi,
I have just upgraded my Sun VirtualBox to the latest version 2.20, and my WinXP have being asking me to install drivers for this error shown below in my screenshot everytime when i boot up my PC.

Is there any drivers that i need to download from Sun and then install it inside WinXP in order to resolve this problem ??
Another annoying problem that i have encountered is that all my guest VMs are currently running bridged networking with my WiFi connection as the Host Adapter as shown below,
Network Adapter 1: Intel PRO/1000 MT Desktop (Bridged network, Intel(R) Wireless WiFi Link 4965AGN)
All these guest VMs are getting their IP addresses (192.168.1.0/24) from my router's dhcp server but their IP addresses seems to change by itself automatically every 10 - 15 mins or so, i currently have other PCs and laptops running inside my LAN too and their IP address doesn't seems to change by itself at all, i am sure that the dhcp lease time configured inside my router is set to 3 days. Is there a bug that is causing this problem inside this new version for Sun VirtualBox ??
Any help will be greatly appreciated...
