Low ID in Emule - XP Guest

I have problems in activating emule
host - XP
Guest - XP
internet connection - router

I activated :
VBoxManage setextradata "VirtualXP" "VBoxInternal/Devices/pcnet/0/LUN#0/Config/guestEmule_TCP/Protocol" TCP
VBoxManage setextradata "VirtualXP" "VBoxInternal/Devices/pcnet/0/LUN#0/Config/guestEmule_TCP/GuestPort" 55555
VBoxManage setextradata "VirtualXP" "VBoxInternal/Devices/pcnet/0/LUN#0/Config/guestEmule_TCP/HostPort" 18196

VBoxManage setextradata "VirtualXP" "VBoxInternal/Devices/pcnet/0/LUN#0/Config/guestEmule_UDP/Protocol" UDP
VBoxManage setextradata "VirtualXP" "VBoxInternal/Devices/pcnet/0/LUN#0/Config/guestEmule_UDP/GuestPort" 55565
VBoxManage setextradata "VirtualXP" "VBoxInternal/Devices/pcnet/0/LUN#0/Config/guestEmule_UDP/HostPort" 43479

and open 18196, 43479 in my router

but still low id

please help

Have you already tried to to setup networking on Hostinterface? That would make it much easier and that definitively works.

For P2P, it's best to forward the same ports, as that will avoid issues like these. Host Interface, or Bridged, is easier, as the VM will be a part of the network itself.

bridge solved the problem - 10x!

is it more dangerous ?
should I use firewall in the guest too ?

It's always useful to run a firewall, even when you're behind a NAT router.
