Hi!
I have installed Fedora on a VM with Windows as the Host System
In FC, I have installed the additional tools..

Thus, my question is..
Can I disable the shortcut keys for Virtual Box itself so it doesn't conflict with the shoftcut keys for programs in Fedora.. For example, when I press Ctrl+S, I want to save a file in Linux instead of saving a Snapshot in Virtual Box?

If not, is there a way to disable the "additional tools" in Linux?

ctrl c is the most used shortcut key in the linux command mode.but vb take that short key that is very annoying

The sinplest solution is to use a different key as your host key in VirtualBox.

And to actually use the right key. People use the left ctrl key for cut, copy, past, save actions. The Host key is the right ctrl by default. I have my Host key set for the right alt key, or altgr key. Only one downside with that and that's when I set the keyboard layout to US int (altgr dead keys) in the Guest, they don't work because it's the Host key. Other than that, no problem. Left alt still functions fine.
