Bridged Network Problem on CentOS

Hello,
I've a strange problem on my guest OS. I'm running CentOS 5.2 64-bit as host and installed CentOS 5.3 32-bit as guest. Configured a bridged network adapter and set the eth0 as bridged interface. On my guest os network starts with no fault but can not connect to neither internet nor host os.
After restarting network service for a few times everything works fine.
Who can tell me what causes this problem and how can I fix it.
Thanks.
