Host Machine Memory low problem with VBox2.1 updata to 2.2!

Why to be able to run the XP (hard disk image) in VBox2.1, but being not able to run in VBox2.2. The VBox2.2 always point out that the host machine memory low when the Guest XP was starting. My host machine memory only has 512 MB, the host OS is also XP. I assign 160MB memory to the Guest Machine(I test 128 Still not). And I found the host machine memory More than 90MB Whe the VBox2.2 warned the host machine memory low.
