Win2k8 64b - Failed to startup

So okay, thought i had a solution there, but no.. anyways again.

Tried setting up a VM with VB, yet on startup im getting the error:


Cant seem to figur it out, googled, checked forums, just tried out a few things, nothing.
Running on an Xeon E3110.

My Host OS is Windows 2008 Standard 64bit and my Virtualbox version is 2.2.0

So if anyone could help me out, appreciated
