usb could not plug and play

dear all,
i just read the FAQ regarding usb issues but found that windows host should play automatically with usb. i'm using windows 7 beta 1 x64 at the moment and running virtualbox 2.2 with ubuntu 8.04.2 i386 as guest os.
here's the error message:
i tried to restart but still no luck. hope future revision will support usb plug and play.
