No shared folder with firewall on in host

Post by tenkros »

With Version 2.2 and bridged network I can only see the shared folder on the host when I deactivate the firewall on the host.

Is there any workaround other then deinstalling version 2.2 ?

What about changing the firewall rules so it doesn't block file shares anymore? Can other computers on the network access it's shares properly? And instead of normal network shares, why not using Shared Folders?
