How can I backup my virtual machine

I got a new host pc, and want to use virtualBox in this new pc. but I don't want to reinstall my virtual machine, and want to use my old virtual machine in my another pc, how can I backup my old virtual machine and make it available in my new host pc?

Look at the section toward the end. Section called storage and the sort about cloning.

Have any other visual method for it in windows? I think visual method is convenient.
On the other hand, is this method available when I reinstall my VirtualBox or Operating System?

Not if you really need for it to work.
There are of course always other ways but they require a lot more knowledge and work to achieve.
Edit: If you have VBox 2.2 on your machine you can export it via the GUI, but you would then need to have 2.2 on the new machine to do an import. I have tried this and it works, although a little slow on the export.
