Delphi 2009 Debugging Problem (with VirtualBox 1.6.4)

Hi again, sorry for my previous post that seems not supported in this forum, so i try the problem again on VirtualBox 1.6.4 with the same vdi on WinXP as host and with WinXP as guest OS. Hopefuly this time i could have the support from this forum, i really need this. thanks.
I'm running delphi 2009 on the guest os, everything works fine except that when i'm debugging my application the debugged application seems to be locked by the VirtualBox application, so that everytime i close my debugged application, i have to run FileAssassin on my host OS to delete the debugged application.
My Debugged application is working fine, that it can run and stop normally.
The debugged application won't be locked by VirtualBox application if i run without debugging (run directly from the explorer)

What cause the problem i have and how to workarround it? Thanks in advance

I had the same problem with Delphi 7 Pro and VBox 2.2.2.

After upgrading to VBox 3.0.0 it works now.
