Can't upgrade to 2.2.0

Can't upgrade to 2.2.0

Hi ! I have installed VBox 2.1.4 in Ubuntu 8.04, but I can't upgrade to 2.2.0 version of VBox. When I have started installation of 2.2.0 It shows "conflict with 2.1.4". Can U help me ?

Do a sudo apt-get remove virtualbox-2.1 first.

remove the older version first
