VirtualBox 2.0.8?

Hi all,
i want you to know something strange that happens in my Ubuntu 8.10 installation,

When i use the updater manager i realized that there was an update for my virtualbox-2.0 package, which was strange because i had 2.0.6 installed, and no newer version for 2.0.x was at the webpage.

When i clicked in the package for details, it showed me the 2.0.8 version. Then i went to the vbox webpage, and no word about that 2.0.8

what is it? maybe a malicious fake?

NOTE - this is because i added vbox repo to Ubuntu as shown in http://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Linux_Downloads

Thanks for your help

Checking http://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/ you see that there is a 2.0.8 folder, with files in them. It's probably a last bugfix release after 2.1.0 was released. The files have a modification date of 10 March this year. 2.1.0 was uploaded in December last year.
I haven't heard anything from the devs about this.

It's a valid maintenance release. We've just added the changelog on our website.
