I have tried to set up a shared folder following the indications on the manual. However I can't find the folder anywere.
I have a Linux 64bit machine and run Vbox with a Xp system.
Is there anything I should do in the linux side ? I have just created a SharedFolder , then in VBox/XP I have set the shared folder to the related path .
I expected to find a link somewhere in WinXp, no way !
Any suggestion ?

Section 4.6 of the user Manual explains this very well. One thing you might do is to open the file manager in XP and look under the network places to see if the VBox share folder shows up. If it does not you have a problem in the setup somewhere.

I hope the guest addons are installed.
