Cannot create Session object!

Hi there,
I really need help to start VBox on linux without X.
I installed the version "Linux Hosts - All distributions AMD64" version 2.1.4 on a CentOs 4 kernel 2.6.9-78.0.13.plus.c4smpx86_64.
Here is the info of the vm that I created:
