guest can't access services on host?

I have installed rhel5 vbox on my rhel5.
I set network with host interface.and can ping with host.
but when I use guest to access my hosts' service such as:smb.httpd.nfs....can't work.
How to set my network connection correctly to work?????

guest ip address:192.168.1.11.gateway:192.168.1.1
connection: Intel PRO/1000 Tserver(82543GC).
Host Interface.
Host Interfaces:eth0
such as: on guest: ssh 192.168.1.10(host),after along time:no response
elinks http://192.168.1.10: guest hint:
Error
unable to retrieve http://192.168.1.10/:
Receive timeout

Try without gateway?
Are you sure those services are active on the Host?
Firewall active?

yes.I try no gateway,and hosts' service can be access on lan's other hosts.and turn off all firewall.but no effect.
