I go this message below as I was installing a program..
I have my drive setup as 40gb dynamic .. Ive in no way used near that ..
So it got me as a loss as to why I got the message.

Host system reported that the file size limit of the host file system has been exceeded. VM execution is suspended. You need to move your virtual hard disk to a filesystem which allows bigger files.

Which one is that.? I have my XPPRO.vdi on a virtual 40GB dynamic partition residing in a 150GB drive. Now you saying I need something bigger than the 40GB dynamic partition ?
Or you refereeing to .VirtualBox in my Linux home folder?

Yes I see that

sadly seems no fix for it.
maybe I will try reload it again and use the the full 150gb..

Just a stupid idea, can't you create a partition of a different sort that doesn't have these limits? linux should have some sort of ntfs support...

I reformated the external usb drive to ext3 it was a fat32 ..
So will see what happens from there
