I run vista in a seamless window on my ubuntu 8.10 laptops and I've compared it to running XP Pro since I have images of both available. One thing I've noticed that I just don't recall seeing on XP seamless guests is that there is a smallish square right by the start -> run part of the task bar where the logo is in the bottom left of the seamless window. In that area, its the original vista desktop and if I right click there I get the Vista/explorer desktop and not the ubuntu one. In some regards I think this is a feature but I'm curious if others see the same thing on Vista and not on XP on Ubuntu 8.10. Its visible on two different thinkpads here.
Thanks!
