unable to access website when attached to host interface

Post by mikez_99 »

Hi guys.

I'm running fedora 10 with a windows xp guest.

When i'm on "host interface", some website don't show in my browser (neither IE or firefox).

Website like www.01net.com

I have no problem if i'm NAT...

Any idea.

Thanks.

Check the IP configuration of the Guest with the Host system. You might be using a different DNS server on the Guest (like your router or ISP), while the Host uses a different one (like OpenDNS).
