Resizing VDI

I created a virtual machine on Ubuntu 8.10 host for a Windows XP guest. How Is it possible to increase the original VDI size?

Are you really sure those are more than 140 way to get it? Have you tried one of them?
In that case, please give me specific links between those, possibly the ones you've been using to resize your VDI.
