Access virtual machine from the local network

Hi there,

I would like to access a virtualbox instance from clients on the local network. How can I do it?

The host IP is: 192.168.1.100 (Ubuntu 8.10)
The virtual guest IP (Windows 2003) is 10.0.2.15

I would like the other machines (192.168.1.0) get access to the Windows 2003.
