How can I access Windows Server 2008 from the host? [SOLVED]

Hi,
I'm using VirtualBox 2.1.4 and I've got Windows Server 2008 Standard Edition installed as the guest OS, my host is Ubuntu 8.10.
For a university assignment, I need to use an ASP server, but the university's own one is unavailable outside of the university - where I will be doing the work.
I decided, therefore, to install Windows Server with the Application Server role installed, in a virtual machine. I would then connect to that with the host operating system and that would simulate having a separate ASP server somewhere (which is a requirement).
Now, I've got Windows Server set up, but I don't know how to access its pages from the host. I've got it set to use the NAT networking, as it is by default, but from what I can gather, that doesn't mean that the virtual machine will be visible to the host as a separate computer on the same local network (as I need it to be).
What should I do? I really need this to work, and I've tried online ASP hosting services but they were unreliable. I really would like it working this way. It has to be possible.
If it's going to be easier, I could set up a second virtual machine to act as the client - surely that would be on the same virtual network as Windows Server so the problem would be eliminated? Naturally I'd rather not do that unless I've got to.
Thanks in advance,
