XP Installation Aborted

Post by gaspode42 »

I am running OSE on Ubantu (and new to both!). I have created a new machine, using suggested defaults and all is OK. I point to my XP image and the installer starts. When I come to format my drive the system appears to hang and the virual machine disappears and returns a status of aborted. I have the error logs but don't know where to post them.
I would appreciate any help you can give me and thank you all for your patience in assisting a rather thick user!!

You can post logs to pastebin, because the forum itself isn't made for long lists of text (and we don't like to scroll that much). You can also try to remove the OSE completely and install the PUEL version from the website. That version has some more features, like SATA drives and USB passthrough.
