Use Wireless card in the XP guest.

Post by lynxus »

Hi,
I have Vbox running on fedora10.

I have the internet through my eth0 ( cable connection )

Is it possible to get windows to use my Wireless card?

Ie: my desktop continues on the normal lan and the guests network can be configured on the wireless.

I cant see how to install wireless on the guest?

Any help would be great.

For wireless, your Host needs a connection to the access point first. Then you can use that connection with Host Interface.

If you want direct access to the wireless interface, use a USB one and direct it to the VM using the USB option.
