[SOLVED] host-guest virtual network?

Hi there all!
I am giving up with a problem I got. I didn't found any good answer while googling...
My plan was to setup a virtual Ubuntu 8.10 Server on the Ubuntu 8.10 Desktop Host with two network interfaces.
- First (eth0) - configured with a NAT and running only when I want to update or install applications.
- Second (eth1) - for creating a virtual network between host and guest, and then use guest host as a http server. BUT without connecting to Internet.
Is where any posibility to create a very virtual network interface not using any host interface (no bridging) ?!
I am using Sun xVM Virtualbox v.2.1.4
