What is the real issue? What are you doing, or trying to do?

Maybe I don't understand the last reply, but I am using a LOGITECH USB keyboard and mouse with my virtualbox and have no problems. It works seamlessly between my UBUNTU 8.10 and the virtualbox. There are some edits that have to be made and they are documented in both UBUNTU and virtualbox. Good luck!

I ran into that also. If you go into the dialog box for starting VMBox, under the heading "Devices", be sure the USB stick for the mouse controller is NOT checked. If it is, it will stop the mouse pointer and I have to use TAB and arrows to get to where I can kill the windows. Hope this helps.
