Host interface networking hang

Hello all,
I have a problem since VirtualBox 2 for setting in host Interface networking in my W2k VM under Sled10 SP2 Linux host. Just installing 2.1.4 without any change.
With NAT the VM works (with a veeery slow lan tranfert rate, about 10 time slower than the host). After selecting Host Interface Networking, the VM start normaly until the login screen, but the keyboard does not respond anymore in any way even for the host. The mouse still works so I can close the VM normaly. Then for the only way for closing the host is to shut it off.
