On the main download page it reads "2.1.4" for Linux hosts... how ever once you get to the page for selecting your distro it reads 2.1.2 and this is what it downloads...

Looks like not all the packages are there yet. I'm sure it's just a matter of time.

FTP uploads are faster than a website update. They place the files, and when they are sure that it's all done, they update the download page. If you have Debian or Ubuntu, you can use the repo for updates.
