Need to export a Linux Guest on FC 10

I just installed VB on Fedora Core 10 (rpm) and I was wondering how to export the VM I just made?
See my tutorial All about VDIs for hints how clean up the unused space then gzip / bzip /7zip it. You copy this and explode it onto your destination machine the manually recreate the VM to attach it to.
Sorry, but there isn't an automatic export.
