hi, i think my machine is crashing. i'm running it on ubuntu 8.10 and running windows xp on it, and some times when i play music on ubuntu and have vm running i hear the music cutting off like its lagging, and then my vm just close itself. i check its status on the sun xVM thing and it says its aborted.

any way preventing this?

Without the cause, we can't prevent it from happening again. See if you can reproduce it. What are the logs of the VM saying? Anything in the event viewer of the Guest?
