Upgrade to 2.1.2 fragged my virtual disks - need help
I recently upgraded from vbox 2.0.4 to 2.1.2 on windows XP SP3
When I launch my vm's it just hangs now...in the machine log the last line is:
00:00:04.001 Guest Log: BIOS: Booting from Hard Disk...
and nothing else ever happens.
I've already uninstalled/reinstalled, even installed it on a new machine without any luck.
Any suggestions to debug/resolve this issue?

Sounds more like a hardware/software host problem then a VM problem. Did you restore the VB config files as well? Try some diagnostic software on your host first to exclude problems there.

It looks like you are using FAT32 disks which has a 4g limit. Convert to ntfs.

There is no reason why then, I have vdisks of many gigs large. Do you use harddisk compression?
